Allow me to provide you with an amazing , luxury intimate skin care service experience while educating you on your skin and after care to maintain your intimate skin care health. Here’s a little bit more you should know before booking: PAYMENT: I accept cash & card/tap payments ONLY please. DEPOSIT: Deposits are required when booking an appointment online. All deposits are non-refundable. IN SUITE SCHEDULING: You have the option of scheduling your next appointment in the suite with me. If you choose to do so, an active card on file is required. CANCEL/RESCHEDULE POLICY: Chantel Esthetics requires a 12 hour advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps me sustain my business and also gives someone else the opportunity to receive services. You will receive a reminder email/text about your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment using the email confirmation sent to you. After 12 hours you will no longer be able to cancel/reschedule your appointment through email and you will need to contact me via text. At this time, whether it’s a complete appointment cancellation or you would like to move your appointment—this is considered a LATE CANCEL. Which means you will forfeit your deposit/booking fee. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required. NO SHOW POLICY: If you NO SHOW your appointment, your card will be charged 40% of the service. By booking with me, you are agreeing to this policy. If for any reason, this charge is not successful, you will be unable to book again. LATE ARRIVAL: Please arrive at your scheduled time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. If your service time is 15 minutes or less, your appointment will be cancelled after 7 minutes. REQUIRED FORM: Please be sure you are filling out the required form and questions sent to you after you schedule an appointment. This is required before your appointment.
